Q: What are the exact dimensions of the "calibration sheet"?

Hi Jason The calibration sheet is 4.88 x 8.74 inch, if you have photo print paper, you can cut same size to substitute it. The quality can get 90~95% same like our calibration sheet BSI

Hi Cliff I think is paper quality issue, if you want to making by yourself, try to use photo print paper. Like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004SGDYFA/ And make sure the size is correct. For photo print paper, the quality can get 90% same as our calibration sheet. the sheet is special design from vendor. BSI

Q: Does the scanner come with this paper

It comes with ONE. They are super expensive to replace and you can't scan or print yourself a new one. So store it flat and safe and somewhere you'll remember! If you use a new computer it will ask you to calibrate again. And occasionally after an update it asks again. It's not an issue, unless you've lost it. In about a year, I've had to do it 2-3 times. It's super fast and easy.
