Today, I had the opportunity to test the Epson Workforce ES-400 II document scanner and I must say that I was pleasantly impressed. This duplex desktop scanner is an excellent tool for any office or workspace that requires quick and accurate document digitization.The initial setup was very simple - I just connected the scanner to my computer via USB and downloaded Epson's software. The software interface is easy to use and offers a variety of scanning options to suit my needs.What I liked most about the ES-400 II is the speed and quality of the scanning. I was able to scan a stack of multiple-page documents in a matter of minutes, and the end result was crisp and clear. Additionally, the scanner has an automatic orientation correction feature, which made the scanning process even easier.Another useful feature of the ES-400 II is its duplex capability, meaning it can scan both sides of a sheet at the same time. This saves time and effort, especially when working with multi-page documents.Overall, I am very pleased with the Epson Workforce ES-400 II. It works so amazingly well. The wireless connectivity has been perfect for me so far. The setup was very easy. Love speed. Nice clarity.

Worked great with the first 100 documents. Scanning was fast and easy and it effortlessly created multipage pdfs. First balk was with a half page tax document that I ultimately had to take a photo of. Then it started jamming with all multipage documents although it worked fine with single page ones. While I find it easy to extract the stuck pages, I need it to be able to scan multipages at a single pass because I don't have time to create a workaround.Update: Maybe it just needed to cool down. Ran a 4 page document through it a couple of weeks later and it worked fine.

We love this scanner! It’s fast and has excellent resolution. Scans both sides in seconds flat with one mouse click. Software is simple and intuitive once set up.

BIG REGRET .why did not i buy this before .If you are person like me, who does not keep documents in order . buy this . Scan. upload the cloud and you will never need to worry about finding a documentGreat product . my regret is being late to purchase this . Absolutely recommended

This SCAN TOOL delivers. Its quick, clear. It is worth its price. It is small and doesn't take up much room when you shut it down and fold it up till next times use.
