It's a really good brand! But I prefer the powder. The pills are too big to swallow, and you need to take three at a time. However, the brand and its effects are excellent! My hair and skin have improved significantly since I started taking this two years ago.

Works for bloating, hair growth, skin looks plumper. Main differences I notice if I stop taking it which I will never do.

I just finished my first bottle of capsules and I don't know if it works or not. Months ago, I tried liquid collagen and saw some improvement but it was too expensive. I'm taking 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach and really hoped my joints (knees) would feel better but that hasn't happened. People talk about improvements in hair growth and skin suppleness and fingernail strength but I've seen absolutely none of that. I'll keep taking the capsules for another month and hope for better results.
