The product indirectly states it as 2+ yrs Refer to daily Dosage for 2-4 years ... It depends on how mature you see the kid is for his/her age. My kid had started at age 2.5 yrs and she was good with it. I usually monitor and be with them while they eat preferably at night after dinner in my presence just to ensure that they chew it properly and don't choke even if they are in a hurry.
