Homemade Healthy Fast Food
I have been searching for a fast food to give the kids as they run out of the house. This search was successful! In only about 30 minutes this bread is done. I added veggies and cheese, cut into hand sized pieces and was done. The bread is thick enough to support toppings and does not lose shape. The directions are somewhat unclear for me anyway. The process is not as complicated as the directions may lead you to believe. The result is a warm breakfast or snack with asparagus tips.
