Tennis Elbow Got Better In A Week
This band seems to help my tennis elbow that has been haunting me for over a year. I followed a youtube exercise tutorial from a chiropractor and at first I was skeptical and thought the results would come in after a while but surprisingly it help within one week from using it. It is made of quality rubber and such a simple gadget really helps anyone plagued with tennis elbow. My biggest problem is that I lift and I do not let the elbow rest. But even with resting periods , support braces and topical muscle creams, nothing really worked.The rod-band twist works with the principle to strengthen the tendons by forcing user to do a certain movement. I am going to buy the next level strength as well so that I build up tendon strength. I suggest this anyone with tennis elbow issue. My husband alsoo uses it for his wrist issues and it helped him tremendously.

This works!!!
Suffered from tennis elbow for six months (and I don’t play tennis). Tried a lot of things that did not work. Purchased the red bar based off the reviews. Initially it hurt to use it so I stopped using it. Then I reread the reviews in a moment of desperation from the ongoing pain and that’s when I realized I needed to try it again. Used it three times a day for 15-20 slow reps each time and by the third day it was drastically better. Go slow and keep at it. It will hurt a bit at first. Muscle through and it will pay off. I honestly did not think this would go away. Also, theraband kt tape also provided a great deal of relief for me before I tried the flexbar.

Works! I'm an avid weight lifter and I lift 5 days a week age 40+. The inevitable tennis elbow pain set in. I thought if went "light" it would go away. Nothing. I thought it would go away if I just ignored it. Did not go away. Decided to try this product, and wow, felt better right after my 1st use. This product is a miracle ! Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Big improvement in tennis elbow after about 6 weeks
After 6 weeks of physical therapy appointments and dutifully doing the home exercise routine and stretches for tennis elbow with no improvement, I found a New York Times article that reported very impressive results from a study of people with tennis elbow using this device to do an exercise called a "Tyler twist," and decided to try it. I chose the red one and it seems to have been the right option for me, a moderately active young woman. The manual that comes with it pretty clearly how to do the exercise the Times article mentions. I've been doing 3 sets of 15 daily for the last two months or so, and while my tennis elbow is not cured, my pain has decreased dramatically. Now I can't definitively attribute the improvement to this exercise, maybe it was just a coincidence. The orthopedist told me there's basically nothing you can do about tennis elbow but wait, so either he's wrong and this thing is miraculous, or it was just my elbow's time to feel better. At $15 I'm not losing sleep over the uncertainty.

Fixed my Tennis Elbow
Male, 5’10”, 155 pounds, can bench press around 265 and got to the point where I couldn’t even hold a 4-pound paper bag of groceries if it meant my elbow being bent at a 90 degree angle.Ordered the red TheraBand (have since moved up to green and blue), and did the two recommended exercises, once in morning, once after lunch, and once before bed. In all, probably spent 6-7 minutes of my day doing the exercises.The pain in both elbows is gone. I now also have some other exercises I do to keep my forearms (and tendons in my forearms) strong, but was amazed how fast this took the pain away. After only a week, I was around 50% better; 2 weeks, about 75% better. A month later, I have zero pain.

highly recommend helped my elbow 75%
I have purchased several one of these these have carried by elbow pain that I’ve had for years. Search online for how to use videos. Highly highly recommend. I have the yellow one and I have the red one. I didn’t even have to go past the red it already helped my elbow at least 75% just do every couple days. Bend up and down and hold firmly and twist one way with one hand and the other way with the other and hold for 30 seconds release and then do it the opposite direction.
