It's nice to have the coq10a added even though it's a small amount I like having two supplements in one tablet.High quality and appears to be effective easy to swallow so it's easy to use on a regular basis.

I started taking this because I did some research and red yeast is supposed to be helpful in lowering your cholesterol, so all I can say is, I feel good, my energy is good, there are no side effects, it feels like it’s effective, the size and quantity is worth the money, and I think the health benefits are there.

I've been taking these for over 3 months and my cholestrol levels have gone back down to the 190's from just a tad over 200. My doctors says keep taking them and we'll check again in 6 months .

I started taking the Red Yeast 6 months ago. I absolutely refuse to take Statins.My numbers all went down, especially the LDL from 102 to 76. I can't wait until my Cardiologist gets this report. We have been at odds about my refusal to take statins.

I've taken red yeast rice before. This brand's pills taste like mildew. I don't know why - I imagine it's the quality of the ingredient. I will seek another brand.
