I love this brand of collagen. It is the only one I've tried that is completely unflavored and it dissolves perfectly. Neither I nor my kids can taste a difference in anything we put it in, and I put it in A LOT of things. Smoothies and shakes, yogurt, oatmeal, protein balls, soups, even baked goods. I feel fuller and my blood sugar stays more stable from the added protein. I also think this particular listing is the cheapest price per ounce that I've seen, both on Amazon and my local grocery stores. I only wish it was available for Subscribe & Save because we order it so often!

I have been taking this collagen supplement for approximately four months now and I can honestly say that this is the first time I have seen noticeable results after taking ANY supplement. (Aside from the pain/period cramp relief I get from my Turmeric/Curcumin capsules). I take a variety of supplements and vitamins every day and for the most part I just hope that they are working. I attribute the Vitamin C to never getting sick, but can I really see a difference? Not really.I mix this powder into my coffee each morning before work. I usually drink 2 cups of coffee a day (in the mornings) and use one scoop per cup. At first, the flavor is a little off-putting. It is subtle but I could definitely taste it. But after a few days I got used to the flavor and now I actually like it.It took a couple months, but since I stayed consistent, I have noticed my nails are MUCH stronger and healthier. They used to be brittle and soft, and easily break. But yesterday I actually had to file them down because they were growing so fast! They are thicker and stronger than they have EVER been in my life.I also think my hair is growing faster too. And my hair grows SLOW because it is so curly, it takes a lot longer to see the strands lengthen and go down my back.I can't say I notice a huge difference in my skin, but I'm sure that since it affected my hair and nails, it is probably helping with my skin as well.I would absolutely recommend this supplement to anyone who wants stronger hair and nails. Works way better than biotin supplements ever did.Since it is easy to mix into coffee, or whatever drink you have on the daily, it is much easier to remember to take every day.I will continue to purchase this and look forward to the seeing more results.(I recommend buying the largest bottle now, because it lasts longer and more value for the cost... Plus it took me a few months to see the results and the smaller containers only lasted a few weeks.)

I love this Collagen protein. I just wish the company changed the packaging and no longer includes a scooper. Luckily, I still had my old container of this product and just transfered it to the new one and still had the scooper from the old container as well. I want to try the chocolate one next.

In the short while I have been using I notice my hair and nails are improving. I am aware that my body is feeling better all over. I feel less joint pain and my skin is a bit softer. I prefer it in hot tea and doesn't change the taste. I find it is great in smoothies, but just adding to a glass of cold water it clumped a bit. Warm liquid or whipping it up seems to work best. I am pleased after about 3 weeks trail.

At first, I thought I wouldn't like this because I just mixed in with water and didn't like the taste. Then I dissolved it in my hot tea and I couldn't even taste it. Four tablespoons looks like a lot in my cup but it's perfect. I use the same amount of water and no taste at all. Would recommend for sure. I alternate it now with my chocolate powder collagen. Sometimes if I have more than normal for breakfast, the chocolate is too filling but I always have room for my tea
