Love this scale! I usually do my measurements on my own, but now that I have this scale I don’t need to. Crazy how it knows my measurements!!! So accurate.

As one continues to add on the number of years in age, I find that it is easy to put on weight without knowing if you don't monitor regularly. This is my second FITINDEX Scale because someone "borrowed" my first one. The scale is accurate and is easy to set up with the FITINDEX App on my phone. After creating you account on the APP and connecting to your scale, it stores your history of:Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Fat-Free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR, and Metabolic Age.The trick is to weight yourself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom so that you can have some consistency in measurements. Although your weight might go up and down daily, you will quickly be able to notice a trend and make corrections to your diet and/or exercise accordingly to maintain your health goals.This scale has been a major part of my fitness routine and I even travel with it. Highly recommended.

This will be long. So excited to get scale. Not so much now. My original scale and the one at the gym I work out at clock me in between 146/147. This scale however clocks me in at 152.6, today at 151.0I bought this to track my body composition today it says I've lost some bodyfat and muscle mass. Please I hope the muscle mass is wrong I've been lifting weights like crazy.The scale give you measurements of your body girth. This needs to be fixed the measurements are off it claims my neck is 15"..... it is 13" my waist isn't pretty and your measurements say it's even bigger .....so 😔 .I'm trying desperately to reach customer service because the sticker on weigh platform say to calibrate before using but gives to instructions on how to do it. Website doesn't have manual for this scale model and the small manual shipped tell you to go to website for 😣Edit: Have yet to hear from manufacturer 12/26Edit: manufacturer responded, calibrated scale and it's weighing properly 👍 most measurements fall within the ones I pull from the measure tape....except neck and waist still. Weird but I'll live with it.

Easy to use and clean

This is one of the greatest scales on Amazon. This is my second one. First one last 5 years and broke while moving it side to side. Rightfully so don’t kick it to move it to the side pick it up and place it down. It was my fault.The scale links perfectly with the app which you can then connect to Apple Watch and myfitness app. Keeps great track. I also had a Fitbit scale which lasted only 2 years and was WiFi, but not a long life. This scale you have to open the app to record your weight which is fine since we all live on our phones. Great great scale. Love it!

I just received my new scale. Per my doctors recommendation throughout my weight loss journey. It was suggested to purchase this particular scale because of the ease of use and ability to track weights, BMI, fat water, content, muscle bone, content, etc. the scale came packaged beautifully to protect the glass scale. The package also included QR codes to scan for Mattel, as well as linking to the scale app. Extremely easy to set up and register and couple the scale to the app. Aunt, after weighing myself, I had a full reading of my current statistics. this is my third scale one I had absolute difficulty not only understanding what the readings were. It was hard to read and did not seem very accurate. The second one would not link up properly to my phone and I have the latest Apple phone so it clearly was a scale. This one is excellent with large numbers easy to read you can choose metric system if you like as well. Interestingly, there is also an additional athletic mode which they explained to you would be based on high-performance athletes to give a different calibration to the scale. I think this is a huge bonus for a beginner like myself or someone who is , a sports enthusiast or even an athlete because of the multiple features, the scale offers. For an excellent price point I might add.
