So this was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son. Needless to say his Christmas was ruined because of this junk. The first one we received was missing the charger, in addition to the took and owners manual. The box it came in looked like it was covered in blood and looked like it was a return.. The place where the remote is stowed was broken and dangling from the handlebars. Against my better judgement, I returned it and requested a replacement. The new one showed up on Dec 27, and I had high hopes as the box looked new. Nope, the scooter will not power on and the remote shows no battery charge. To say I am upset is an understatement. I will be requesting a FULL refund and buying something else. This company sells nothing but junk and ruined my son' Christmas. I AM BEYOND UPSET!

The media could not be loaded. We bought for my 8-year-old for Christmas. On Christmas night we set it up and he came downstairs in the morning and it wouldn't turn on. We could not get it to turn on the rest of the day. The first one we bought was a return so we tried one more time with another return. Neither one of these worked so I spent 65 more dollars to get a new one and it will not turn on either!!!! So three of three will not power on! Obviously I know why the first two were returned. These are junk and after reading all their reviews I wish I would have never wasted my money or time or ruined his Christmas. Apparently though we were not the only ones that had a ruined Christmas!

The beeping is annoying and the pairing is a little tricky or confusing but some how I got it working as a skateboard and a scooter.The acces to the on/off is on the bottom for the platform or skateboard. I’m not sure how often the remote needs charging so I’ve been charging it when charging the main unit.Easy to operate and change from board to scooter. I am concerned about it’s sturdiness but time will tell.Some sort of light or reflectivity in the board mode would be nice but easy enough to work around. I’m glad there’s electric breaking in both modes. Pulling back on the remote works in the board mode. It’s a little heavy to stop it like a traditional skateboard and I’d be worried about it getting wrecked that way.I purchased one “Used like new” and it was just like new. 👍🛴

First purchase - Renewed one - came with 2 changers and no control. RETURNEDSecond Purchase - "NEW" - paid full price and the box came ripped missing a flap and the board looked used and had water stains. remote caddy broken. NEVER TURNED ON!! - charger is always greenReplacement - Brand new box straight from distributor - NEVER TURNS ON!!! charger is always green thing never works. getting my moneys back and going to other "Shops" for a different device

I really like the sturdiness of this item. It’s very nicely made. Unfortunately this is the 2nd one I’ve received that will not turn on. The first was used so I thought that was the problem but no this brand new one is the same. When u plug it in to charge it’s already green and stays green. I don’t know if the problem is charger or scooter. I tried the troubleshooting on the website to reset battery but no. Still not working. The phone number for customer service is a continuous message referring u to website. After a few days of no one answering we put in a ticket at the website. A week and a half later still no response on ticket. I would return but this is the only electronic scooter I can find that’s not 2 wheel for a big 8 year old…
