This rebar bender is tough enough for a home builder, which is all I'm doing with it. Pouring my own foundation. It bends 3/8, and 1/2 inch just fine.

Did exactly what I needed it to. Just need to clamp the rebar in place to make sure you get nice tight bends.

Did a great job on our rebar. Also was able to fix metal dining chair that had leg bent.

Its great tool! Works as advertised and constructed well. The only disappoint was the condition it showed up. You could tell from all the paint chips and a slightly bent pin, it was used and returned. I choose to keep it considering I paid full price for a used tool. Would have been 5 stars, but I'm only giving 3.

So worth the money, was easily able to bend 4 pieces of rebar to make my homemade shooting stands for steel plates.

The product works very well. Bending steel rods and rebar is a breeze with this thing. Giving it two stars because the product I received was clearly used, which was not disclosed to me.The example I received was haphazardly chucked into a random box with no packaging material around it, so it was just flopping around, completely loose inside the box. It also had fairly significant dings and general signs of wear and tear, as well as a thick coating of some sort of dust, I presume from a job site, and so this would imply that nobody even bothered to clean it from the previous owner. Really not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, as it barely affects the functionality of the product. The gripe that I have with this practice is that you absolutely cannot sell somebody a used product without telling them that it’s used, under any circumstances. Especially if it had been clearly used, and used hard, in a manner violent enough to actually cause physical evidence of its use to appear on the product itself. Borderline unacceptable. If I would’ve had to return it because of the state it arrived in I would’ve been much less forgiving.

Good sturdy tool. Does what is designed to do. Well made.
