Cleaning your records improves the overall sound quality and this does just that.This is a nice feeling and looking kit, which has become part of my vinyl playing ceremony. The video instrcrions helped and it is easy to use. I think this will last some time and is a much cheaper option than an actual machine which is end game territory.Nice protective bag also, which fits everything jn just right. I do have a lot of records however, so I will likely have to get more liquid sooner rather than later.

Noticed my carbon fibre cleaning brush was leaving hairs on my records. This velvet brush picks up all the dust and hairs. The resulting sound quality is such an improvement. It's very soft and cleans all the dust off in a couple of rotations of the record. So pleased that I have since bought a second brush to keep as a spare. Highly recommended! It's amazing how much it picks up from seemingly clean vinyl. I'm careful to brush the debris off the brush, (with the small cleaning brush provided) after cleaning each side of my albums. The stylus used to pick up so much interference from small hairs etc, but that has dramatically reduced since I started using this cleaner, resulting in the records sounding much quieter between songs.

All the items in the kit work well and it comes with a handy carry bag, records sound pretty good. Just feel that it's a bit pricey for what it is.

A good quality product with excellent cleaning ability but the brush should be grooved as it keeps slipping out of the hand.

Great product. There have been several records I have received that skip, due to dust/debris in the groove. This kit has helped me easily and safely clean these records so they play without skipping. This alone makes it essential for me.Obviously it won’t help with scratches or manufacturing defects. But to be able to safely clean your records is so important. I’ve been surprised by how much dust/debris even some brand new vinyl comes with. This system solves that issue. This system also seems to reduce the static charge on a record, though I’m not sure of the science behind this.The only caveat is that one has to be careful with it, as the handle of the brush is relatively heavy and can leave marks on the vinyl if dropped. But this is still a 5 star product.

Used this a few times so far. Seems effective, wish the little bottle of fluid a bit more informative as to contents. Like the cleaning pad,a bit bulbous but OK. Only time will tell it's true cleaning abilities. Stylus cleaner is good.

Firstly, worth checking that the cleaning fluid container lid is tight before use as mine was loose.I first made a recording BEFORE cleaning of a track from a fifty year old LP and the result was what you would expect from a record that has gathered some dirt over the years, especially the first track with unwanted noise.Using the Big Fudge cleaning kit, plus an initial carbon fibre brushing, the result was virtually scratch free and worth saving to my Tascam mp3 in-line player/recorder.My opinion is, if you want analogue sound as an mp3, a record can produce a decent enough sound if unable to source from elsewhere, so definitely worth an £18 investment for cleaner records that are listenable to..
