Taking to hopefully help with heart, as a part of aging.Studied special ed - was taught - in order for a our comments not to be etched in stone - use phrases like: “Appears to” and “Seems Like” which equals - just one opinion. Yet often reviews are not allowed.For Me: - it Appears according to latest labs, taking this form of CoQ10 and Omega3, cholesterol is lower. Wasn’t above normal, but creepy up over the past few yrs.Personally, DFH is a favorite - but because of the rising cost - lately - going a cheaper route on some items.

These pills are on the larger size, but easy to swallow. I like that there is no aftertaste or stomach upset with them.

I've been using this product for about 6 months and have been very happy with it. However, until the description is updated, you need to be aware that the formulation has changed. I last ordered from amazon at the end of September, and that batch still has the old formulation. The 'newer' formulation is much like the 200 mg version of CoQnol, which has some ingredients that make me hesitate until that 'newer' formulation is around for a while. If I had to order more today, I would be looking for another supplier.....fortunately I have enough of the older formulation to last a while. Check the Designs for Health website for the current formulation.

I have used the Designs for Health products for years. I was shown to be non reactive to their brand when tested by my acupuncturist. I have migraines, so this is a very important consideration for me. I recently put this supplement on the Subscribe & Save program. After only 1 or 2 months of being able to receive the product under this program I have been notified the seller is no longer able to supply it in this manner. Major disappointment.
