I have noticed I have more energy and much more regular bowel movements using this oil. I add it to my morning coffee and it has a pleasant slight nutty taste to me. Really happy with it! Hubby is getting the same results!

I call it a miracle oil. Have been using it for years. You can add to coffee , yogurt. It really curbs your hunger. I use also on my skin and skin wounds including for my cat’s skin issues. It’s a natural fungicide and bactericide.

Wasn’t expecting it to be almost entirely flavorless, but it’s a good product. Recommend.
