Technologically advanced simplicity = best ever
It took a long time for me to learn how to set up effects on my Fender Mustang amp. If you ever wanted to change an effect you'd have to push a lot of buttons in sequence (which I could never get) or you'd have to hook up to your computer. After learning how to use it, I did learn love this amp. But Fender has discontinued it...so it was a waste of time. I have a Zoom multi effects pedal too. It too requires multiple steps to do simple adjustments. I play the blues. So I only use reverb with delay and rarely chorus. So I don't need 30 or more effect chain settings. This unit has high quality reverb, chorus, delay and tremolo. But, effects aren't the tone maker for electric guitars. I could use just about any delay and reverb. You just have to find the right setting. It's the amp (and/or distortion) that makes the difference. This unit by Valeton has 9 high quality and famous amps built into it. They range from bell chime toned Fender types to heavy metal. I skew all 9 of mine towards Blues. I can get any sound I want. In fact it's overkill. Here's the great part, the technology part...each amp saves all it's settings (VOL, BASS, MID, TREB, GAIN) when you switch to another. Once you get it tuned in, you NEVER loose your settings when changing from one amp to another. Nine really high quality amps perfectly tuned in and instantly accessible. You can hook this unit up to any amp (even your home stereo) and get your sound...instantly. It's profoundly quick and simple. Once set up you don't have to think about effects anymore...just playing. Here's the icing on the cake. This is the best headphone amp I've ever used too. You have full tonal control and a cabinet simulator you can turn on or off. What I do is adjust my amps neutral so they match my headphones. Then I can seamlessly practice through an amp or headphones and never have to adjust for one or the other. You just plug and play. The quagmire of multi-effect computer interfaces is gone. Now I only have to worry about playing. This is by far the best and easiest to use effects unit I've ever owned.

Feature rich pedal!
I put the valeton dapper amp on my backup/secondary board. My primary rig has the new Tech21 flyrig v2. While the dapper is not the flyrig, it does well to stand on its own. I have it as the base to work from and takes pedals really well. Time based effects should go after the dapper in your signal chain. Having 3 different channels built in with all the other features like tuner, hall reverb, delay (with tap tempo), chorus, make this a strong option behind the flyrig, especially for the money. I recommend giving it a try!

Great!
This is both great sounding and reliable. I've used many effect processors in the past, but this is the easiest to dial in.

Good unit for the money, but just okay otherwise
I bought this amp mini for travel purposes only to throw it in a guitar case or a gig bag of my Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro. Because of its size, it suites the purpose nicely and considering its price this is a no brainer. After playing with it for some time I do have some thoughts on some pros and cons of the unit.Pros- It's feature loaded: nine amp models, three selectable effects: chorus, delay and tremolo, separate reverb, switchable cab sim, headphones jack and tuner.- Comes with a power supply- Can setup your favorite clean, crunch and lead tones and amp settings are retained- Very small and light.- Well built- Easy to use for a desktop application- Could be used with handphones for silent practice or if desired with an amp. I tried a Bluetooth speaker using the headphones jack out into the speaker AUX and it worked just fineCons- Amp models can only be selected in batches of three utilizing a footswitch. You need to use a toggle switch to select next three amp models- A single foot switch only advances amp selections forward (clean, crunch, lead), so there is no way to go back to a previous amp unless you press a switch twice: very cumbersome if playing live- High gain amps are noisy with the gain set past 12 o’clock- The effects could only be used one at the time e.g. there is no way to have a chorus and delay simultaneously- Amp models are far from stellar, they sound small, flat and boxy- Effects are just okay, mediocre soundingSo, my conclusion is that for all intents and purposes it fits the bill as the travel pedal. Will I be recording with it? The answer is no; it doesn’t even measure up to my 13 year old Digitech GSP1101 sound wise… not even close. It’s good for practicing while away from home, and maybe for recording some riffs and ideas. As I said above using it for a live gig would be very cumbersome due to the channel selection, although it could serve as a backup to go straight to the PA if your main rig dies. I do understand that if the unit had more features such separate effects, a noise gate for the high gain amps, and having the ability to select channels between clean and dirty with an assignable pre/post boost for either more saturation or lead, it would grow in size and price. That said for $100 US you can’t really do much better than that.

Great For Quiet Practice!
Great solution for when you dont have an amp. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to practice but dont wanna bother the neighbors, Valeton offers great amp modeling and tasteful modulation effects with ample parameters. Would recommend to anyone.

pedale multi effetto
un buon prodotto. Peccato non si possano salvare i settaggi altrimenti avrebbe già sostituito la mia pedaliera

Es compact
Gusto el reverb y el delay, pero el gain del pedal no es de qualidad , es muy SOSO.
