I was worrying the product would be cheap by some of the reviews. It was easy to put together and really quite sturdy when you follow directions. My dog weighs 100 lbs. and he fits easily and the material it is made of is similar to the Trex deck material. Very durable. Believe me, this doghouse is good and big. Last for years...... people need to quit complaining about everything! I’m a contractor and I know it’s a keeper.

Unfortunately, this product did not suit us well. Upon taking it out of the box, it was noticeably flimsy, very thin material. One of the pieces was cracked and for 110 pound 8 months old Akita we instantly knew this would not work. We didn’t get to see the size because we never got it fully out of the box to set up after noticing how flimsy the Plastic was. If you have a large dog who is very active, this may not be a good product for them. I’m not saying this product would not work well for a tiny dog for a dog such as our Kita this definitely would not work. We did not take pictures or video because we never got it out of the box completely nor did we set it up.

It took my Golden a few days to get use to it but it went together fine and seems like it will last, at least in Southern California.

We've had this dog house for about 4 months now and it is so much better than we thought it would be. We have a 70 pound Golden Retriever and there is plenty of room inside for him. He will get bigger, but I think this will still be fine for him. The dog house was pretty easy to put together, no problems really. We did put ours up on pavers, mainly because we didn't want the inside bottom to get into a muddy mess when it rained, it has really worked out well. The materials are of good quality, we have experienced no fading, chipping, of breaking. We live in Georgia and August and September can be the hottest months, this dog house has held up just fine.

Lots of pieces to put together. Arrived with several broken pieces - flimsy plastic. My husband managed to make it work even though one of the peaks of the roof is broken - essential part to be able to remove roof to clean. Concerned that floor won't hold up. We ordered an XL for our 13 year old, 85 lb lab mix, who does not want to come indoors. Needed the high opening for his ease of getting in and out, since his back hips are bad. He barely fits. I would not recommend this for any dog larger than 85 lbs. Emailed company as per enclosed instructions for replacement parts. Received confirmation of email and told we would hear back within 1 business day - still no response since March 26th. Expensive for the quality and lack of response from the company to make good on broken parts.

Really good assembly instructions... Like the finished product. Unfortunately, the dog likes the taste of the finished product and wants to chew on the eaves

Jan 15 update: Mfg says warranty does not cover dog chewing, only damage such as atmosphere or bugs. We had to get igloo for dog bc roof will not stay on dog house & house keeps falling apart. January 9: House was easy to put together and is beautiful and we thought all was well. After two months of sleeping in house, my dog (one dog) started chewing corners of house. Now she has chewed multiple places and two planks will not stay put. I ordered it bc inf said dog couldn’t not eat the wood and house had 10 yr warranty. Seller will not refund!!!
