I bought this set of jack and screw / hammer drill with box two months ago. The first time I used the jack, it broke down. My car was too heavy for it. I was very disappointed. I loved it. It was very easy to use. It was easy to fit in its case. It makes changing a tire so easy. It is a toy for changing tires. So, I contacted Anesty about a replacement, or fixing it. They responded immediately with a refund. They told me my car is too heavy for the Jack. They did not even require for me to send it back. There are very few companies that are so good at responding. I will buy again from Anesty any time. You can trust them.As for the product. if your car is less than 2.4 tons, it will be great. It is so nice to just put the jack under the car, press a button, take the electric screw driver and unscrew the wheel. Dramatically speeds up changing tires with no strain, the lift goes up fast, doesn't strain, the impact wrench is awesome, 2 pulls of the trigger and the nut is off. I have 2 sets of tires and wheels for my car (winter & summer) I can change all 4 wheels/tires in 25 minutes. That's getting the tools out, the wheels and tires out, set up, remove set of 4 and install other set of 4 and torque them.

I tried it out the day I received it. The jack handles the car's weight and the impact wrench was a great tool in changing the tire.

Killed the cigarette lighter fuse soon as I plugged it in. Works with the car battery just fine. As far as lifting a car, haven't tested yet. Haven't had time but will update soon as I do

Bought this for my daughters car, a 2014 Ford Fusion. I didn't want her caught with a flat and having to struggle with a traditional setup. Yes, she can change her own flats! I taught her, and with this setup, its quite easy for her. Shes petite, weighing all of maybe 95-110 lbs, and I figured if she had need, this might be the way to go. It is! Jack lifts that puppy with no sweat, and the Lugs are easily removed/replaced with the included 12v wrench. The power cord is definitely long enough to reach each wheel, and as I said, quite capable of removing lugs.This really is indispensable if you worry about your someone being out on the road with a flat, you can't get to them quickly enough, and/or you don't have some sort of road-side assistance insurance [ which we do as well]. For the price, its a good provider for peace of mind. Very easy to use, pretty compact with its blow-molded storage case, and as someone else mentioned, they are a company that stands by their product. Win/Win arrangement.
