Nice bag and colour, quite bag inside. Cost of item is about correct. But would have liked the Chinese writing removed before sending. Spoils the inside

I ordered a black and brown bag really soft. They look more expensive then they are. Lots of space and sits lovely on the shoulder. On delivery the brown bag had some minor flaws no fault on anyone possible damage during delivery. On contacting the company they were so quick to respond and deal with my complaint and sent me a replacement bag straight away. Thank you Suzanne at The olive house. I will most definitely order from this company again.

I liked the look, colour and size of this bag but I found the zip hard to open and close and the inside zipped pocket was not big enough for me to store all my keys which I carry for work.

Lovely bag very happy! Comfortable to sit on your shoulder properly without slipping off.Will be ordering more colours for sure.

Don’t buy this bag. Poorly made, inside started fraying and zip kept jamming. The lining was poorly inserted and was all twisted. Didn’t even use it for longer than a couple of days.

Really like this bag,well made & looks a lot more expensive than it was
