A must have if you are paddling for more than 30 minutes. The foot pegs are a little cumbersome to install but totally worth the effort. (Once you install them 2-3 times, it becomes a cinch.) I am able to maneuver my kayak on demand with use of my hips and foot pegs. It's also nice that you can adjust them on the fly....its nice to be able to give yourself different seating positions while kayaking different flows of water.I highly recommend these!!!!!!

The foot pegs were somewhat difficult to install. They also take up a whole lot of foot room space. I do like them for the stability they provide when I am paddling. I don't think they would work very well for a tall person, due to the limited extension length. As I am short, that isn't an issue. I also partially unzip the bow zipper to give me more knee and wiggle room when using the foot pegs.

Not as great as I hoped.
They work, but I actually like ADVANCED ELEMENTS blow up foot brace better. Still, they are functional, but a pain to put around the tubes.

Power, more POWER!
Adds a ton of power to your rowing. I love these. Takes a little while to get it right (a lot less if you actually read the instructions). Definitely love these!
