Cayer BL75 75mm Half Ball Bowl Adapter with Short Tie Down Handle 3/8" Screws Mount on Tripod Fluid Head for DSLR SLR Camera Video Rig

Purchased this half ball adapter to use with a Haoge TBA-75 bowl. The TBA-75 has a large flat on the bottom (approx. 1 13/16" dia.). Had attempted to use a Leofoto WB-75 adapter but the cup washer was too small and rested on the flat not allowing smooth movement of the half ball. The Haoge cup washer is large enough to bridge the flat and allows for more controlled movement of the half ball. Not as smooth a movement as I would like but the combination works more or less adequately.

Good quality, good value. The triangle shape of the handle makes it way easier to get a good grip and make quick adjustments to the level of the fluid head on my video tripod. Happy happy!

Arrived on time. Works exactly the way I needed it to work! At first I thought there were issues with it not fitting properly but then realized that a piece of my tripod was the problem not the Cayer BL75.

The half ball bowl adapter seems very well made. It shouldn’t add much to the weight of the tripod. It appears to be durable but I suppose time will tell.

I purchased this attached with my Manfrotto 502AH Pro Video Head with Flat Base. Works works well.
