Watch if you have sensitive skin, but great product 👌
This KT tape is great. The adhesion and stretch is fantastic, and has offered some pain relief for tmjd. Only downside is that it's not ideal for sensitive skin, I did break out with it, but for cost, was worth the risk. Still give it a shot if you need relief.

Used the product for taping up a strained knee ligament. Did what is 'says on the tin'

It did ease the pain for a while
I have tennis elbow so google tells me so painful brought this used it for one day , did ease the pain but it’s bruised my elbow now since using it whoops

I found I could buy a cheaper and stronger adhesion tape at the chemist
I was disappointed really as it would peel off in bed at night from knee and shoulder .

Pretty good tape
Bought this to help with my self-diagnosed plantar fasciitis, hoping it would relieve the pain. It is not too bad in that sense but is a bit difficult to wrap around bottom of ankle without it sticking together - it may be just me though. Good product.

Quality product, but not right for me
I got this product to bind my chest with - I’ve ended up being allergic to it and ended up with a pretty big rash, however I do suffer from other similar allergies so I wouldn’t say it’s a reflection on the actual product.It seems to be of really good quality, and if you’re not really sensitive it’ll probably work for you.
