The Land of Stories Complete Paperback Gift Set

This is a great book series! It has kept my daughter interested in reading.

My granddaughter loves these books. This author found a way to appeal to a younger audience using colorful illustrations in a graphic novel format.

I am reading this as a combined effort with my 3rd grade son and 5th grade daughter. Both enjoy it. My 3rd grader who is having a hard time with fluency is attempting and doing well. He is engaged with the story and excited to hear the story and read a little out loud. I highly recommend family reading together. Books look nice in the display box. I assume great books given the reviews. Posted rating to state the obvious that I missed. Books are very heavy. I intended to wrap them pretty for B-Day and mail them. New plan - ordered new set, sent to home, sprung for $4 gift bag. Keeping the set for a local party.
