BUY IT !!!!!
ABSOLUTELY love it! This was on the higher end of our price range of the budget to make a memorial for my husband's mom, however I couldn't find any unicorns for gardens other then some $300 ones and that was a firm no. I went back and forth debating on weather I should spend the money. I ended up giving in and I will say it was worth every penny. It had great reviews but this beautiful unicorn exceeded my expectations and my husband loved it.(his mom loved unicorns) if they ever make a different style I will be buying it!!Thank yall for making something so elegant and beautiful 😍

Gentle Little Unicorn
This gentle little Unicorn stands just shy of a foot and a half (45.72 cm) tall.Though the dimensions are given on the product page itself, the picture gives the impression that the Unicorn is larger than it is in person. It is also not shiny as the one in the display picture appears to be. In reality the little Unicorn has the look and feel of an unfinished (unglazed) resin (or porcelain) item. The Unicorn is hand-painted, pretty decently, I might add.The one I received: The eyes are evenly painted (a Robin's Egg Blue) around the bottom and sides of the pupil, with either very little or no extra paint strokes/dots or out-of-line coloring. The horn was nicely painted (pale buttercream Yellow with light milk chocolate brown brush strokes outlining the horn's indentations). The tail and mane are streaked through with an off white bone color, while the body itself is more of an off white eggshell color. The hooves are a pale light dusty gray; the nostrils and mouth are tamped with a faint gray-ish black. The rock-like base that makes up the bottom behind the rearing legs is neatly detailed with rough edged cut out look to it and is painted a deep chocolate color. The muscle structure of the horse design itself is very well done and has all the look of a real yearling awaiting Spring.I would have given the Unicorn five stars, however, despite being an outdoor ornament, it is not heavy at all; a nice strong wind gust will have this little guy toppled over-- or worse, broken--on the ground. Furthermore the paint job between where the Unicorn's tail and the "rock-like" base was done (on the one I received) just a tad sloppy. Some of the deep chocolate color also ended up at the very bottom of the Unicorn's back legs. Now, I know this little guy is meant to be a Garden prop and not a toy, but I did feel this was worth mentioning: Unlike the toy horses by the toy companies "Schleich", "Papo" and "Safari", this little Unicorn is NOT anatomically correct. So it is life-like, but not that life-like.

Perfect Little Unicorn.
This little statue is a delight. Lovely quality and value for money. Originally purchased for the garden but having second thoughts about where best to place him. He deserves to be somewhere where he can be seen while being protected from the elements. Thoroughly recommend to all who need a little magic in their life.

Will not stand alone.
This is a beautiful unicorn statue. It is painted well and looks great. The issue is that it will not stand on its own. You could bury the base in the ground but I would still be afraid it would eventually fall over and break. I drilled a hole through the base, inserted a wire and attached the wire to 2 ground stakes that I drove in the ground. This little unicorn is not going anywhere. I am happy with the way it looks now but it will require a little work.
