A fine gadget.
This is a useful little electronic tool and has most of the settings available in professional equipment although the process of adjusting them is not intuitive. I did have a question about the screen turning off after 30 seconds, which the manufacturer answered promptly. The setting for this is called BL time and can be disabled. So far I am enjoying this very low cost, highly portable device.

Good addition for any troubleshooter
Awesome device for the money. Allowed for a quick troubleshooting of noise on an input.

Scope fills the multimeter visuals gap
Im returning mine, but it's worth your time to consider. This is a variant of the Owon HDS272, but the Owon benefits from removable batteries. That's an important difference .It arrived with a partial charge and I used it with a goal of draining its battery - which I did. Then I charged it fully and found that it seemed to accept only 2700maH instead of 4000maH which is a pretty big gap. While using it there is a battery low message that can be dismissed, but it returns frequently and is duplicative.I have two bench scopes and unsurprisingly this isn't in the same ballpark. That said it's very useful. Im troubleshooting neusance AFCI trips and this scope gave me a good bit of useful info that I don't have the courage to measure with my bench scopes. If there weren't better clones I would be super happy with its very basic functionality. The non replaceable battery makes this disposable, and the question of capacity too difficult to test well.

very handy portable scope/meter
Probably one of the most fun toys I've gotten myself in awhile. Love to tinker with electronic equipment and this meter/scope was a great performer.

Good Oscilloscope
The body of the Hanmatek oscilloscope feels sturdy with padding making it a good choice for field work. The FNIRSI 2C53T by comparison feels more like a student calculator in the hands, but that unit includes a function generator for the same price. Also, from my research the Hanmatek appears to be built by Owon which makes good scopes.

It's a cool tool, but battery life...
Battery life is not something I considered since every multi meter I have had just had batteries that lasted forever due to the simple functionality. With the fancy backlit display, it sucks up so much battery that I feel like I am recharging it every week. Just annoying to have to recharge a tool you use regularly. Pobably great if you really need a portable oscope most of the time, but if you are mostly going to be using the DMM part, just get a simpler one so you dont have to recharge constantly. at least it is rechargeable so you dont have to change the batteries. That would be extremely inconvenient. Also at least it is USB C so same cable i just have around
