I was amazed.I bought this product because I was curious about all the benefits I heard on Ergothioneine and decide to test it out myself. I was skeptical at first but after taking 2 capsules a day, I started waking up feeling more refreshed when I hit the 3 weeks mark. I did not change anything on my exercise or eating habit, so I know it must be this supplement.Would definitely recommend to try it out for increasing energy level and better sleep quality!

Ergothionene came to my attention a year or two ago while I was educating myself on nutritional approaches to slowing aging via the method of stimulating cells in my 70 year old body to act and function more like they did a decade or two ago. I've been happy to add it to my regimen, and this brand seems as good as the other one I also recently tried. Of course there's no way for me to actually know it's being helpful; but also no reason to think it isn't.I can say I've been sleeping much better lately, so maybe this is one of the reasons.

Helps with my skin and sleep

I have a long time sleep problem. I also have tooth inflammation and blacken toenails problems. I ordered GENEIII’s L-ergothioneine 30 mg capsules last month and tried. It looks like very effective. I like it and would like to use it for a while longer. Because it is 30 mg, I think it should work with my problems very well. However, even it works so far so good, it still needs time to cure my illness. I will continue to take it and keep going forward with my review.

Feel like this product works, but is expensive. I may have noticed skin elasticity. Maybe energy. It’s hard to tell. I think the supplement is high quality, just not sure about the price yet.

I have been taken this L-Ergothioneine Supplement for about a year now, and very happy about it. I used to have difficulty in sleep, due to age, but now the problem has gone away since I start on this supplement. I take one at bedtime and usually get a sound sleep through the night. A good supplement to have, especially for someone having sleep problem. Highly recommended.

I’ll take these til they’re gone, and if I notice the slightest decline in my sleep quantity or quality (which is an objective measure thanks to said smartwatch), these are going on my subscribe & save.
