Worked flawlessly on my international trip!
Very compact and easy to travel with! Paired with my Studio3 Beats instantly. I feel the connection is pretty self explanatory after reading the instructions - just remember the difference between TX and RX. I took the instructions with me just in case but had no need for them. Battery lasts - used it on an International flight to Greece - did not have to recharge. Worked flawlessly the entire trip. Sound quality was great. I did try to switch from my Studio3 Beats to the Beats Powerbeat Pros to give my ears a rest and had trouble with the pairing - but I'm pretty sure it was no fault of the device. At this point I was just exhausted. I find using this device to be less cumbersome than using the cords - not only in terms of space, but also freedom of moving the tray table and being able to move freely on the plane.

Excellent Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver Perfect For Travel
My primary purpose for getting one of these is for when I travel.I fly a lot for work and also travel overseas quite a bit on a personal level.Being able to watch movies or play games on in seat entertainment units without having to use wired earbuds or earphones is a game changer for me. No one likes to have to hassle with a dangling cord on a flight, especially when you already have such a small space to begin with. Also, the provided earbuds are typically awful and nowadays, everyone uses cordless earbuds or headphones.I'd like to be able to use my Airpod Pros or whatever hearing device for a better experience. This device solves that problem. You simply plug it into the audio outlet and off you go.Operating the unit is easy enough. There is a nifty little screen that gives you all the information you need. Other similar devices you have to rely on being able to interpret multi colored lights, which, can be annoying since you won't always remember what blink sequence or light color corresponds to whatever you are trying to achieve. Having a screen with information helps a lot with knowing what is going on. Whether your connected or not or if it's in pairing mode, etc. etc. There are 3 buttons and a smaller switch on the side. The switch is used to switch between transmitter and receiver modes. The center button powers the unit on and off as well as connect when pairing and the two smaller buttons on either side increase and decrease the volume output. When powering on, the unit will automatically go into pairing mode and pick up any nearby bluetooth devices waiting to connect. When you see your earbuds or headphones pop up on the screen you just hit the center button once and it will connect. It was able to recognize a set of generic wireless earbuds I had but when connecting my Apple Airpod Pros it was a little more tricky in locating those. Airpods and Airpod Pros are a little more finicky when it comes to pairing.....this is apparent when not pairing with an Apple product like an IPhone or IPad.Once connected the sound comes out crystal clear with minimal audio sync delay. In fact, I tried this on my laptop and could not notice any lag at all with sound when watching videos.I haven't flown yet so but have a trip coming up so I was only able to test it on my laptop. I also only really got this to use as a transmitter so I don't know how well it works as a receiver. So far there isn't anything negative about it that I can think of.It comes with an two prong adaptor for planes that are equipped with older two prong audio systems. It also comes with another plug that I'm not entirely sure what its purpose is.It would have been nice for it to have included a small bag to carry it in but that's just a nice want.I'll continue to test it out and report back if I find any issues.About the only thing I can fault with it is that it does cost more than what I would have envisioned at just under $60.

Visual screen interface is the key advantage with this BT transmitter
Easy to connect. The visual feedback from the screen for connecting devices is a great plus. It takes away the guessing which headphone is or is not connected. Very helpful when traveling with kids and carrying multiple headsets. The screen also makes operation more intuitive which is helpful since I only will use it once in a while. Trying to remember long button hold and blinking LED patterns is not ideal for my aging memory 🤔🤣

Works well for 2 devices, beware of mixing with other adapters
Worked good until I realized it has a conflict with another similar device, made by a different company... maybe it's the same manufacturer under the covers. I was trying to daisy chain multiple bluetooth adapters to get 4 bluetooth speakers working at same time, across diferent product lines. As soon as I added 1 of the same type device to the other adapter this one and the other conflicted with each other causing music to stop all together. I thought bluetooth was supposed to be digitally secure which is why I was scratching my head over and over how this issue was possible. If using for 2 bluetooth devices and only 2, this works amazingly well, I just had a different use case.

Tiny and works with my Sony headphones
My Sony noise-cancelling headphones don't have a way to adjust the volume when I connect them to an audio source via cable. The last plane I was on, the seat-back entertainment center was deafeningly loud even at its lowest setting. This little transmitter completely solves the problem. I plug it into the seat-back entertainment system, and connect my headphones to it via Bluetooth. Then I can adjust the volume either with the headphones' controls, or the buttons on the transmitter. It adds a tiny bit of audio latency, but it's minor enough not to be noticeable unless I'm specifically looking for it.
