I love it and also very light waight. Im not sure some comments of breaking a part? Of course if you over extended not a good idea:) Physics can teach that :) Overall worth any penny !!

We bought an odd-sized used kid's bike, and discovered standard racks wouldn't fit on it. We ordered this rack, and it seems to work well. We have not had issues with it sliding down or bending, but you can push it side-to-side relatively easily. Because you can adjust how far the rack extends from the seat post, it has a bump along the bottom for the adjustment rail. This means if the seat is low, there is very little clearance between the bottom of the rack and the tire. Also, the bump and low clearance can make it more difficult to secure trunk bags to the rack. I already had to return one bag because the straps weren't long enough to secure around the bump.

This is the 2nd one of these that I have purchased. The 1st one was about 2 years ago. It has held up well. It has been used weekly with the basket that I purchased for it. They are mounted on bikes with 26in tires. Both are extended all the way. I don't think that they will work with any tires bigger then 26in if you are planning on using a basket on it. Because it would be to close to the seat for proper mounting of the basket.

I'm sure this is a fine product. It just didn't occur to me that I can't buy this styl since my seat is lowered. I'm short and wouldn't be able to reach the pedals if I used it. I did do 5 stars because of the ease of returning and no fault of theirs.

I got this thing yesterday, opened it up and hey, no instructions whatsoever. No nothing. No list of parts, no pictograms of folks giving clues to the assembly / installation through modern interpretive dance...nada. I started making my best guesses and didn't think I was getting some part right and eventually after wanting to tear my own eyeballs out their sockets in frustration I went to the product listing itself on Amazon and looked over the photos of the damn thing and used that to try to reverse engineer it It seems like it's correct now, more or less, but I'm halfway expecting it to simply jettison itself on my next bike ride or to tear my e-bike to shreds instead leaving it the sole remaining part that is intact. But hey, I love puzzles and I love to gamble so I should be happy. But, one reason I got this is so I can bring my new puppy along for rides so if this this isn't right I may have a dead pup on my hands, the pavement, the underside of several cars, etc.Really hope it's right.Did I mention the screaming migraine I now have as a result of that little surprise happy happy puzzle fun night? Best Saturday night I've had since, oh, last Saturday night.Anyhow, if nothing goes sideways from here it seems pretty sturdy and should do what I need it to do, transport things to and from the stores, and oh, maybe not kill the pooch. But, what I really, really want is for someone to say to me just once, only because I'm a guy, that I have a nice rack 🤣

I bought one just like this that did not extend to the rear, so half the rack was underneath the seat. I returned it and got this one that extends to the rear, making it possible to place items on the rack even if taller than the under part of the seat. It's built of light weight metal, simple to install with allen bolts and wrench included, it clamps to the seat post of your bike. The extension to the rear is adjustable too, and there are small posts underneath to attach bungee cords to hold your cargo. Very sturdy and well made, remember it's only made for a maximum of 22 lbs. of cargo but should be great for smaller loads.

Sit very well and look very nice and was very usable on my electric scooter. I definitely approve and recommend.
