Miracle Sealants Grout Sealer Plus Invisible Penetrating Sealer Spray, 16 oz

This review is for the Miracle Sealants Grout Sealer Plus Invisible Penetrating Sealer Spray, 16 oz, pack of 1.I got this to seal a recently grouted tile shower. I have a relatively small shower (shorter than a standard tub size) with large wall tiles and smaller hex tile on the floor. Two applications used up most of the bottle. The spray bottle wasn’t my favorite- there is a lot of overspray and it was hard to concentrate the stream. I also had a lot of product dripping down the walls. It works well if you are doing small tile and want to spray the whole surface and then wipe it down. Other than the sprayer not being my favorite for large wall tiles, application and use was pretty easy. I’m pretty sensitive to fumes and found this to be very mild- I had no concern spraying this without a mask in a windowless bathroom. It didn’t seem to darken my light grey grout. After using this product the grout still darkens when wet and the water does not bead up on the surface. The type of grout in my shower doesn’t need to be sealed but I chose to do it anyway. I honestly can’t tell a difference with or without this product after a month or two of using the shower, though I can say that no staining or mildew has appeared.

I tiled two showers in my home. The first one I did not seal the grout thinking it was not necessary as I've not done it in the past. For some reason the grout got very dirty and slightly moldy very quickly, even before using the shower. The most recent shower I installed with tile, I sealed the grout using the Miracle Sealant Grout Sealer Plus and it made a world of difference. I just sprayed it on and let it stand for about 3 minutes, then wiped it off the tile. The grout has stayed bright white through daily showering for the past couple of months. Very happy with this product.

In the midst of a bathroom renovation down to the joists. Tiled the floor with 8" porcelain tiles and sealed the gray grout with this spray on sealer. It is bit messy given it sprays, but managed to keep it near the grout lines. By the time I was done spraying could start wiping it off. Of course, how well it works will take months of floor use to tell, but it appears to have covered the grout and soaked in to make it water resistant. Will update if there is any noticeable change in durability or cleanliness.

First off, I did a deep scrub on my grout and let it dry then applied this sealant. I sprayed it pretty close to the grout to prevent any overspray. So far it appears to have worked well and looks great. I was worried that it would darken the grout, but it didn't. Very happy with its performance so far. Time will tell.

After spending hours scrubbing my bathroom floor tile clean, it was time to seal the grout. The Miracle grout sealant was easy to apply and now it looks like I have a new bathroom floor. I highly recommend this product.
