Love this. The different vibration level modes are wonderful to have a variety to shake things up. I feel this helped improve my circulation and reduce the pain in my knees already. Easy to use. Very sneaky in the way it makes you think this is never going to do anything but whoa! Definitely felt it after the first use. Definitely engages the core muscles immediately. I can see where this would help with balance for many. I do wish this would have had a place to attach the bands for use rather than standing on them for stretches. Overall a good product and most likely will be used every day.

I like this vibration plate. I have used it to help with circulation and arthritis pain in my hips(I work on a passenger train). I have noticed that it helps with my circulation and the stiffness in my joints. I like the remote and the different settings on it, however I wish I had gotten the one without the raise pressure point balls as they hurt after awhile. I now wear some type of shoes when standing on this. Still works great and is quiet. It shakes all parts of you but I wish I had gotten the flat plate instead. If this doesn't matter to you, it's still a good product. I'm currently 260 and was concerned about my weight being a problem but it is not. I haven't used any of the accessories yet as that wasn't the purpose of me buying this.

As of this writing it's been less than 24 hours since I ordered this product. Not only has it already arrived over night for free, but I've already used it twice. I couldn't make it ten minutes the first time because I was experimenting with the settings and the high speed wore me out fast. After an hour of rest I got back on and finished a 10 minute cycle on the first setting and I see that theses aren't hyped up at all. Theses things truly are amazing. I have diabetic tingling in my feet and also osteoarthritis so my feet are a mix of nunb and severe pain. After the second treatment I can feel my feet again and most of the pain is gone. I feel like I've had a workout just standing still. I didn't do anything else but stand there. I also had trouble with constipation and was able to go right after the second treatment. It got everything moving again. My back pain has reduced somewhat. I'm thinking it's going to take more treatments to unlock all thoses tight muscles. I'm just under 300# and this thing handles me without a problem. Plenty of power. You'll feel like you are on a paint can shaker. So pleased I bought this one. Very sturdy. Fast delivery. Low price for the capacity. My new favorite device. If it helps me to lose weight I'll ne even happier but I'm doing it for pain relief and it works for that for sure. I'll check back if I lose significant weight.

This vibration plate is quality! As a woman currently on the heavy side, this product meets all weight requirements. Plate is comfortable to stand on and is sturdy. Stays in place with attached suction cups. I use it on tile floor. Absolutely no issue. Not heavy to pack up and move it out of area. It's comfortable, remote control is great, and the workout regime in manual is well done. If you've never used one, it helps you build up to times and levels. Very helpful. Straps and bands included are quality products. Absolutely recommend. It helps with my circulation, muscle fatigue after being on my feet all day, and I noticed a difference in clothes fitting when used regularly. I've had a couple family members buy one after I told them about it. They love it as well.

I use this 6 days a week and have noticed several advantages. I've gained energy, lost weight and enjoy using it. This workout is sustainable because it's fun and give results. Can really feel it in July legs and lower back pain has gone away.

Vibration is strong. A lot stronger than I expected. I got used to it after 10 minutes. It triggers my legs to cramp so it must be working.
