Q: Is this product good?

It seems nice quality, but my babies never cared to use them how they were intended. They would take them out of their mouth and chew on the handle part. In that case it worked to entertain for a short while.

Q: Can adults use this to prevent teeth grinding or is it too small?

I would say it’s too small it fits in my 5month old babies mouth but doesn’t go all the way back.

Q: Is this product harmful to children's health?

No. But it didn’t work on my kids. I used popsicles cube box with breastfeeds it’s work! Or Vibrate teether! 2 of them my kids are happy
