Q: Will this work with plexiglass aquariums?

Of course, you can stick it on any aquarium material that can conduct heat, but the glass may cause the measurement results to be inaccurate if it is too thick. Note: The thermometer is not waterproof.

Q: Can this work on a round fish tank?

if you're talking fishbowl size - than no - if you're talking a much larger round aquarium - which would be unusual but cool - then you may have more surface area to work with for it to stick.... all of that said, I'm not wild about the product - I'm doubtful that its reading the water temperature correctly - it seems to just show the same temperature and the room temperature.

Q: Can it be removed and put on again on another area on the tank?

Mine would not stick again after removal.
