Great however takjmg 3 a day is a bit impractical

I am sleeping better!!
Since taking this supplement I seem to be sleeping better and for longer periods. This is what I wanted it for - so a good outcome. The capsules are easy to swallow and the product is good value for money.

Impressive list of magnesium types
Probably one of the more interesting complexes I have tried due to being one not only with a high variety but the only I have tried with the type the complex is focused around (that being Magnesium L-Threonate aka Magtein) which seems to be very good for your brain alonside the others which help your body (most notably muscles including the heart). While its main type is one aimed at things like memory, focus and clarity they still work really well as a before bed sleep booster.The dosage instructions implies using it for both by spreading its 3 capsule a day dosage to 3 seperate times (morning, afternoon, hour before sleep) which means a little extra work but it does feel like you can feel the effects for longer compared to just cramming them in your body all at once (which I wouldn't recommend anyway).Can't be entirely sure on the value of these as the price for a months supply does seem rather high but its not like I know the value of any magnesium types let alone the seemingly special type this is based around. On top of that they do genuinely seem to work and so might be worth giving a try despite the cost.

Too small amounts of magnesium
Very small amounts of elemental magnesium. Didn't help me unfortunately. The most body can absorb is 600mg. Standard is 300mg so you can see these are extremely small amounts of magnesium in three supplements
