This device is awesome, both the cameras are working fine has clear picture quality, zoom is fine ..better than 3 mp cameras...light and siren are perfect..self auto patrolling mode is awesome..Also, I hope this devices survives and last long as I using this brand for first time..

Easy to install, easily paired to my wifi connection and easy to use... The software specially for the Computer leaves more to be desired, especially things like zooming in on a particular area but the app for your phone works well... Auto detection works very well, but I wish there was auto detection for Animals because cats and dogs keep coming and pooping on my lawn... I also wish the camera pixels were a little higher because picture becomes hazy when you zoom in specially at night. Sound is loud and clear... I have been using this camera for a year now and have had no issues till now...

I purchased 2 at once April 2025 , I only used one and other didn’t like feature , Very poor customer service on Amazon and EZViz . Please don’t buy this EZVIZ camera on Amazon , as Amazon don’t have return policy on these items and they ask to call EZVIZ customer care for return when I call EZVIZ they say they can’t take the product as they only have repair or replacement option not rerun option . They asked to send an email , however they haven’t responded until now Very weird , the camera rotates all 360 whe it is on one direction it is so slow won’t capture any incident or person on other side , the quality of picture is not great

Quality of recording is very good and human sensors activeness and alerts are quick. Perfect security guard camera.

I purchased before 1 month and here is my detailed reviewPros1. I installed this in front of my home and this can detect vehicles, person and normal motions.2. App is responsive and easy to use. All functionalities are working fine as of now. When you open playbacks, you will get a thumbnail preview of recorded videos and person detections are having a person water mark symbol on thumbnail. Vehicles detection are having a vehicle symbol in thumbnail. So it is easy to identify the recorded videos at a particular timestamp.3. Zooming is very good, I am able to read number plates of vehicles coming to my home. I haven't tried this for large distance as my field of view covers only near by area.4. We can download recorded videos from app and this is a good feature which is missing in other brands.5. Rotation is working good ,but not smooth6. We can play alarm siren at our will. Some cameras play siren only if motion is detected,.but this siren we can control from app with or without motion.7. In new upgrade of firm ware version , I saw support for onvif, but I haven't tried this feature.8. Camera mount is good, we can fit mount in wall vertically or horizontally as it has holes for both options.9. Auto zoom feature is working good, i turned off this feature as I like to zoom as per my will.10. Night vision is also good.11. Auto tracking is working.Cons1. Sound while rotating. This is really bad as rotation is not smooth. When we rotate, it is making a sound like something is obstructing it's movement. It can be easily noticed by anyone who is near to camera. Due to this reason , i turned off auto track.2. Cloud storage is expensive. Please introduce a small package, may be 1 or 2 days cloud storage so that we can get the details if camera is stolen.3. Sometimes vehicle detection is not accurate. But 90 or 80 percent of time, it is detecting vehicles. I am not making it as a big concern.4. Not capturing sound sometimes, is this a bug in latest upgrade?
