I am completely satisfied with my dtf oven. When I first received it, it didn’t heat up. I contacted the seller and they didn’t hesitate to fix the problem. Their customer service was A-1. I recommend this oven. It cures my prints perfectly.

I unboxed the curing oven, attached the handle and plugged it in, pushed the button in the back to turn it on and nothing happened. I unplugged, waited 10 minutes, tried again, and once again, it did not turn on. I had read the reviews and was confident this would meet my needs. I had orders that I was unable to complete and therefore lost money. Disappointed is an understatement. Others have had great success with it; unfortunately I did not.

I had an issue with my oven when first received, it was damaged. Seller exchanged right away. Then after a few uses with the replacement, the fan began to make noise, customer service from the seller responds quickly and works with you until either the issues is corrected or replaced. I recommend purchasing from the retailer. I love the product. It turned out that the screw that holds the fan in place, was stripped. Seller walked me through a few steps, and I could not get the fan to be quiet due to not completely secured, they are sending a replacement. Love their service.

I didn't use the dryer for about 45 days (I think) after it was delivered. When I turned it on, there was a bulb burnt out, then another burnt out the following day.The seller promptly honored their 90 day warranty and have sent me new bulbs, along with a video on how to install them.I was still able to use the dryer with the bulbs out. Although I was only able to bake 1/2 of the sheets, the dryer worked great. Very pleased and also certain that any more problems will be promptly addressed.Thank you!

Easy to use once you get it set to F and not C. Overall it’s a great product.
