30mg instead of 50mg
Do your own research. 50mg may be too much for some folks. This has 30mg. Minerals are different than food based and water soluble vitamins. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Upgrade from just plain zinc alone
I just started taking these this week as part of my daily supplements. A bit too early to tell just yet, but no unpleasant or negative reactions.
