How to make back to back video conferences fun
I am on a lot of meetings. So that means back to back hours of just sitting or standing staring at people. Now I play a game. It’s called keep a straight face. Why? Because when you first get this board, keeping your balance and trying to keep the board totally still is a challenge. And sometimes you wobble erratically which may cause your face to have a momentary look of horror as you imagine yourself falling and pulling your standup desk with you. I am much better at it now after a couple weeks and I actually feel better at the end of the day , my balance has definitely improved.

It's a little small
The balance board is a little small - if you are someone with a wider stance this probably isn't going to work for you. That being said, it's easy to use (you stand on it) and try to keep your balance. It will definitely work your core, but it's not strenuous. The top does have what could be a low grit sandpaper (so you don't slip off), so if you use it barefoot you can work on those calluses while improving your balance :D

Good, but small
This type of balance board would be best suited for kids or someone with a smaller frame; it is good quality and the surface allows excellent grip, but there isn't much range of motion. For someone a bit taller or who wants more versatility/range, a disk shape or ball/platform type balance board would be much better suited.

like a fidget board for my feet!
I slid this under my desk and just rock my feet around when I'm sitting. When I stand, I can balance for a bit. I was a little worried about it rocking and tipping especially on a hardwood floor. Great news, however! When it tips, it is just about the perfect height/size so it catches me and (usually) doesn't send me flying. So I can tip forward or back, or either side and rest. Still getting my calves and ankles stronger to do it longer. The top is grippy, like skateboard friction tape. So I'm able to use it with bare feet, socks, or shoes easily.I'm super happy with this balance board!

Not to steep, perfect if you are not good at balance and are a beginer
What I like the most about this is its not to steep, meaning, when you stand on it, you don't feel that if you lose your balance you will fall on the floor, or launch yourself across the room. I have others that are much much steeper and I have to hang onto something when using them because when you fall, you fall. This one allowed me to hold my balance and through trial and error get to keep my balance without an issue. The board feels solid, No cracking or creaking while on it.The only Con I would say is although it has some rubber square pads on the corners to help prevent slipping and scuffing, thing in the middle that you balance on is a hard plastic and it will scratch your floor if you plan on using it on hardwood, So I recommend using it on carpet, or an exercise matt.
