This product was installed in a 2023 Blazer RS with V6. The installation was easy. Find the 3-wire connector located under the hood latch. The harness is held up by a push in clip. Unplug the 3-wires connector and plug in the device. You may want to use a zip tie to hold up the longer wires. I believe the 3-wire harness is a body control module harness.I’ve been using it for about 2-weeks with no problems. The start stop light inside the Blazer stays on but the engine no longer turns off at stop lights or stop signs. I am really impressed considering the low price from Amazon.

So far, so good. Looking at the pictures and description of installation it wasn't clear this is a jumper between the plug and the socket. But looking at the pictures of the jumper itself that became obvious. My next biggest problem was figuring how to release the connector without breaking it. When I realized the locking clamp was on the plug, not the socket and pried under it with a paper clip (that was handy) off it came, the jumper went on.At first the remote start wouldn't work. I realized I need to close the hood. (Oops!) Then it was fine. Test drove it around and the engine never shut off. Some people have complained that the wiring got hot but mine didn't. Couple of zip ties and I was done.So far, it is everything I hoped it would be and very, very easy to install. Car is a 2019 Traverse V-6, which has NO bypass to the stop-light shut off. All you can do is shift it to DM and paddle-shift.

Installed on my wife’s 2019 traverse, due to having to replace the starter and alternator recently . We Both Never liked the new auto stop feature. Finally found a quick and easy solution to this mess. So far No issues No check engine light and No more Auto Stop . Praise God.Note : ALWAYS unplug your negative terminal on your battery when messing with these new cars . Don’t give your cars computer a chance to try and read any faults when doing any work .

This was simple to install and it was money well spent. It works just as advertised. No more of the annoying stop/start.

This disabler worked perfectly. It was super easy to install and took maybe 5 mins because I did put zip ties on mine just to keep the wires clean and neat. No more engine shutting off at a light or a sign.

It will not work with our 2020 Chevy Blazer, even though my vehicle is listed as being compatible. The plug is round, but the correct plug needs to be square. Very disappointed. Is there another reasonably priced one that is specifically made that has a rectangle plug? The more expensive ones for my vehicle are $99 which have the correct plug look completely different than this plug listed that it is compatible with my vehicle. Please advise whether you have another product with a picture of the plug that will fit a 2020 Chevy Blazer.

I purchased this for my 2020 Chevy Equinox after searching the internet for a way to bypass the auto-stop function. For the record, I think that function is horrible and it drove me nuts. My search led me to a how-to video featuring this small jumper. It came relatively quickly as far as shipping, especially considering the holiday season. There were no directions included in the package, just the cable itself. Luckily I had the video to refer to as I do not have mechanical knowledge. It was an easy process.I have been using it for about a week with no issues regarding error codes, check engine lights, or problems with my remote or remote starter like some apparently have. The cable used in the how-to video I watched did come with a small wire tie to secure the wiring to the frame since the jumper makes it stick out a bit. This one did not come with that, which would be nice, so you might want to use one of those. I don't know that it's technically necessary, i just think it's a good idea. Overall, i think this was a good purchase. Relatively inexpensive, looks to be of adequate quality, works as described, and shipping was quick.
