This is an amazing cake
I'm so glad I bought this, it is really easy to make (I used a cake mixer). They recommend you by the topping from the same company as the cake box and it really goes well.Best gluten free cake I have had. Highly recommended.

The best gluten free cake mix
This is such a game changer. Previous gluten mixes have been gritty and bland, this is none of those things. It produces a gorgeous rich cake and even non gluten free friends can't taste the difference. I use it for muffins as well as cakes and it works well for both.
