I've been vaping and smoking herb on and off for a few years now. My girl has been telling me to quit but I've been having trouble. Work has been really tough on me and I really need something to take the edge off in the evenings. I saw this on TikTok a few weeks ago and thought I might as well try to at least be a little healthier about my habits.This stuff really does start to work after the first week or so. My lungs and sinuses are noticeably clearer and I'm told I snore a lot less since taking these. The flavor is also very nice and sweet and the gummy is a soft chewy consistency. My girl has took a few for when her allergies started acting up after petting my parents cat and she was able to recover quickly from what would be a pretty rough allergy day.

As a COPD patient, I am always on the lookout for anything that will help me breathe easier. I got these gummies, and they have the right ingredients for lung support, especially Mullein leaf, Quercetin, and Nettle Root, among other ingredients. There are 3 grams of sugar which is acceptable to me. I like that the product has been tested by a third party, and it is made in the USA.For me, they seem to help, and I recommend them.Note: There is no official dose of Mullein. Standard use is 3-4 g/day. This product has 1000 mg. Also the Quercetin dose is 750 mg, and WebMD says it's safe up to 1 gram a day. If you are taking these ingredients in other products, you might want to determine how much of each you are getting from all your products.

I had to immediately return the item It was either rancid or actually tastes and smells rotten. The ingredients are really good so I’m giving a 3-star review for trying.

Good but didn't notice a difference

An absolute banging product!! Not only does it taste amazing, but I have seen results as fast as 3 days. I 100 percent agree that you get your value for your money. And all you have to do is eat two every morning when you wake up and go on about your days. My lungs are beginning to feel better by the day!

It didn’t seem to do anything for my lungs or breathing. It gave me a bad stomach pain and experience.
