Loads of fun!
This is one of many different mini block sets I have completed. This one was a challenge but loads of fun. The best part of this set was the way they bagged the pieces. All the bags were numbered and you opened them in order. Each bag contained several layers of build. The instructions say to build the earth separate from the bottom and then mount the whole thing. I built the earth already mounted and had no issues. I could not imagine having to try to turn the whole planet upside down and not have some of the delicate pieces fall off. As with all my previous builds, there were no missing pieces and everything snapped together easily. Would definitely buy this brand again.

Wow, talk about a build
Wasn't to sure about this one when I got it. Big build but didn't look like it was going to be hard to build. Boy, I was a bit wrong there. First off theses are not standard lego size, they are mini bricks. The base is simple to build. The globe....... You have to be spot on or the whole thing is out of wack and you will spend forever hunting down that one tiny mistake and undo hours of work. But at the end, the build was fun and it is a wonderful set.

Don’t buy !
Awful don’t buy! Pieces missing. Instructions not clear, the bags of pieces are not organized. It shows 100+ pieces in just one step ! The instructions are very long. DO NOT BUY !!!

Complex but very cool
My son loves this, 9 years old. My only negative is it is pretty complex for a little guy. However, he loves it and is a great project to do with dad or older siblings. The design is so cool, reminds my son of the sphere in Vegas. Money well spent!Note, pieces are tiny! Not compatible with normal Lego pieces.

Beautiful detail set
This is a huge set, when considering the 5452 pieces involved to assemble this completely. They use the smaller bricks like the Nano ones, not a regular LEGO brick. The instructions are clear, but similar to other off brand building sets, you have to pour out all the bags, sort them out by your preference, and then patiently search for the bricks you need to complete each step. This took my daughter a few days to complete, but we took breaks along and did not build continually. The attention to detail of this marvel village is amazing. Highly recommend for any father/daughter project. Makes a great bonding activity.

Fun build but mediocre instructions
This was one of the most fun projects I've done. It was so odd that you were never sure exactly what you were trying to build. However, the instructions left much to be desired. It had bag numbers, similar to the name brand and much bigger blocks but they didn't work the same. If you have bag numbers, you expect that "bag x" will contain all the pieces you need for the series of steps included for that "bag" (even if there are multiple bags with the same number). That's not how this one worked! There were some pieces that had no number (the biggest pieces). There was a bag tagged "Bag 1" that had pieces that were needed even as late as the last step in the instructions! "Bag 7" had a most of the "grass" and "flower stem" pieces that were needed in far later steps. Similar for the flowers. However, later bags also had flowers and grass. You do not expect to need pieces from earlier bags for a given step. That made this far more confusing to construct. Also, as is normally the case, the number of pieces needed was far fewer than what was listed in the instructions. Instead of over 5200 pieces, it was under 5050 pieces listed in the instructions -- including the poorly designed "tool" to correct errors. I used a tool from a previous kit of a different style and it worked much better. However, there were almost 300 extra pieces so the total pieces I had did match the product page, just not for the given project.Another reviewer noted that she put the globe on the base and built up from there. That didn't work for me as the pieces were such a tight fit, it kept tilting off. What I did was carefully remove the big brown "trunk" just to the base of the vertical part, put it on the bottom of the globe and carefully put it back in the angled base of the trunk. It fit nicely and inserted into the two other places for stability. That worked for me! I was missing one piece but I did have another of the same size/shape but a different color. I used it in the lesser visible place. I don't even remember exactly where it was other than it was somewhere on the base.Lots of fun but more confusing than expected. Note - I am not a child. A child would have problems with the complexity and tight fit of the pieces.
