captivated my 2 and 3-year old grandchildren
My 2-year old granddaughter and 3-year old grandson both enjoyed the robot. They enjoyed moving it around and were captivated by its lights and sounds. It moved well on tile and other hard surfaces, but would not move on the carpet at my house. Battery life was pretty good. It's a bit inconvenient to keep track of a small phillips-head screwdriver needed to change the batteries, but the battery compartment encloses the batteries effectively.

Stopped working after one day
Couldn’t wait to play with this cute robot. Immediately purchased batteries for the remote controller. The kiddos had fun! The next day I tried to play with it and see what the hooplah was all about. Unfortunately, it stopped working! Brand new batteries and the remote wouldn’t turn on.

Entertaining and easy
This was a gift for a 6 year old. He thoroughly enjoys it. Even liked that it was pink.5 batteries are necessary for it to work. The remote control is user friendly for kids. It has flashing lights, (the eyes are cute) and is nimble in its movements. The 2 slight criticisms I have, as an adult, are 1) battery life is short when it is being played with a lot, 2) no volume control to adjust sound effects, which seemed too loud. I doubt either of these issues would bother the child playing with the robot.I think it is a great gift.
