Stopping Because of Shape and Strength
I decided to take magnesium glycinate (as opposed to other forms of magnesium) based on the recommendation of my cardiologist (absorption rate). I chose Deva brand based on Consumer Lab research.I'm choosing to not continue taking it because each pill only has 100 mg of magnesium and these pills are hard to swallow. I'll take Now magnesium citrate (130 mg in capsule form) until I find something else I trust and easy to swallow.

I love this supplement and was given it by work at first then bought more bottles after.

Excellent if it a chelated formula works with YOUR body as every BODY is different
ConsumerLabs tested this product and recommended it as meeting the requirements on the label (many supplements don't). I am a big magnesium fan as I don't believe we can get enough through out food. That being this BODY is sensitive to magnesium oxide and citrate (GI issues) so my main go to it magnesium (bis)glycinate or threonate. When I tried this product the formula (chelated) really did not agree with this BODY. I tried 1x a day and also splitting AM/PM but it seems that the chelation (which is supposed to increase bioavailability) just didn't agree with me. That being said, I do beleive it is an excellent product which may work for you.
