Q: How is the viscosity?

The sauce is thick. Viscosity just a little thinner than honey.

Q: Is it salty? I'm not a salty/sweet fan and find saltiness intolerable!

You can view the nutrition facts if you scroll through the photos on this post. It states 310mg of Sodium and 8 g of sugars. So it will have a bit of a sweet/savory taste.

Q: Do you really refuse to replace your product if it arrives broken due to non customer error? I gave to know this before I buy.

I am assuming since it's not coming directly from the Tastefully Simple company that Amazon is packaging this? Whenever I bought directly through the company itself it was always well packaged. I have never had a problem with it coming broken through Amazon either. Hopefully with the lodged complaints they have realized that it needs to be well packaged!
