Absolutely love using this and makes mixing our sourdough starter so much easier. Cleans up easily. We do not put in dishwasher, but easy to clean by hand. It gets to the bottom of our jar easily and cleans the flour off the bottom. Very happy and have given as gifts.

Great tool for mixing sourdough starter when it becomes thicker. Also useful for scraping down edges of container after feeding. Easy to wash. Excellent quality.
