I use this as a nutritional supplement. It is enhanced for potency and absorption. It has anti-inflamation properties. The price was reasonable.

This supplement says that the curcumin if bioavailable and it has 300% Greater Absorption which should be good. Having the supplement absorb into the blood stream is important. The bottle comes with 90 capsules, so it's a three month supply. You can take 2 a day (with food by the way) if you want a higher dose and it would be a month and a half - still a good deal for the price. I want to research BDMC and DMC which are also a part of the supplement but so far it has no ill effects and appears to be helping me in digestion.

I mean It's a supplement I don't see it as a miracle pill ..I was hoping to see another skin and feel healthy so far it's something I am trying so it's ok

Participants were given Curcumin C3 Complex at a dose of 1,000 mg daily for 12 weeks with promising results. This was a pilot trial with a small number of participants. The exact # that showed improvement and to what degree was not given. So if you're taking Curcumin C3 Complex for health concerns, I suggest taking 2 capsules daily for potential therapeutic benefits.I contacted Igennus requesting a Certificate of Analysis (COA). This product contains Curcumin C3 Complex, patented by Sabinsa, and their website contains a host of information about this ingredient and the differentiation that it provides relative to other curcumin products. This product is a good buy for 90 single serving sized capsules, since many other products contain unwanted additional ingredients necessitating consumption of two or more capsules per day. A couple other reviewers here seem to have been tripped up by the supplement facts in the product labeling, because it says 350mg of Curcumin C3 Complex of which 210mg are curcuminoids. While the Sabinsa website provides more detailed information, the product description explains that while this product adheres to the 95% curcuminoids standard, unlike other products which follow this standard this product also stores the curcumin using "a unique hydrogel dispersal technology that enhances stability and solubility, resulting in 300% increased absorption and rapid intake", which avoids the otherwise unstable nature of curcumin. What matters is the net amount of curcumin your body actually uses, not necessarily the initially ingested gross amount.

I've long taken turmeric for its varied benefits. After some reading on the topic, I learn that curcumin is the ingredient that is bringing those benefits. This Igennus product looks to be a great source of the desired compounds. It claims 300% greater absorption than "normal" curcumin. That sounds good although I don't know how objective such a statement might be. Still, it shows some effort to make sure the consumer gets more of what they want. I like that this product clearly states that it is "GMP manufactured in the UK." This should translate into good quality control.The capsules are easy to swallow. I also noted that the clear plastic seal on the outside of the cap had a perforated strip that makes the seal easier to remove plus a red marking to indicate its presence. It's sometimes the small things that add confidence.The price seems reasonable for a 3-month supply. Solid.

Even if you take two of these a day like I do, it's still a month and a half supply, which is not bad for the price, and if you only take one a day, then it's a 3-month supply, which would be phenomenal for the price!I have been a big fan of turmeric/curcumin supplements and have been taking them for some years, and felt that they have helped me a great deal. The issue is with absorption, and the solution more often than not is to add in some black pepper. But I don't really like having black pepper in my supplements, so I was excited to see that they had developed a new technology that would enable the body to really absorb the curcumin more effectively, and without the need for the pepper. This product has not disappointed, and I would certainly recommend.
