I had gained 7 lbs over the winter and wanted to lose 10 lbs. The first 2 weeks, I didn't change my routine or eating at all and I didn't lose any weight. The next 2 weeks I exercised as usual and watched my sugar intake. I lost 1/2 lb. I would not recommend these to anyone. I am in my mid/late 60's and it's difficult to lose weight. Was hoping this would boost my metabolism a little, but it didn't. A complete waste of money.

Ok I do not have any spare money in any given month so I tried the Bliss KETO ACV GUMMIES. they do curb my appetite and take the edge off some of my cravings so I do think they are working and worth the money. I probably will order again Thank you Amazon

The hype around this product appears to me to be lacking any realism. I tend to lose weight easily when I'm careful, but found that these gummies do absolutely nothing to help in the weight loss process. You can buy them for the candy-like taste, but don't bother with them if your goal is to lose any weight whatsoever.
