I don't often write reviews, but so far these are great. I wear a D cup (UK16/18) and have a good milk supply. So far I have spent a small fortune trying to find breast pads - disposable or reusable - that work for us, particularly at night when we're lying down feeding. Often the pads are too small so they aren't in the right place, and I spring a leak out the side unless I consciously readjust them before feeding.These pads are big enough that I don't get leaks out the side. They can need readjusting after feeding, but so can all the different types I have tried, even the ones with adhesive backing.They should make maternity bras out of these. I’ve tried some made out of the same stuff as period pants, but they absorb too slowly and also tend to smell. Bras made out of these would probably work much better.

It handles small leaks just fine and is easy to hand wash with hand soap in the sink. Stays nice and soft even after a few washes.The bigger cup makes for a comfortable shape, particularly at night.However, I would not recommend if you have a particularly heavy let down, as it can feel like you've got a soggy towel on your boob.Very happy that I can reuse this, even if I still use a regular breast pad from time to time.

These breast pads work really well. They are a great size, they cover my entire bra so if they accidentally move, they still cover me during and after feeds. They are a good thickness, not too thick that they can be seen through my clothes but also can be worn all day without any leakage. They are very comfortable, I don't even notice I am wearing them. The set comes with 3 lots of pads and a bag to keep and wash them in.

Extra large breast pads for protecting your clothes when breastfeeding.These pads are really nice and soft and the large size is fantastic. Even if you don't have huge breasts, I find that some of the pads you buy just can't cope with massive amounts of leakage, so if you have a strong milk supply or an oversupply you just end up soaked as they soak through so quickly.Having these bigger pads is great and I'd imagine that if you are a bigger size, they're a godsend as the standard sized pads must be like some kind of tiny patty thing that is hard to place or use!They wash and dry well too.

Pues estos discos tienen un tamaño XL que abarca gran parte del pecho y así, aunque te muevas mientras duermes, no mancharás el pijama.Aptos también para el día para mujeres con talla grande de pecho.El interior es suave, con una tela de tipo rizo.Incluye una bolsa de lavado, aunque la bolsa no me gusta mucho para meterla en la lavadora, la uso para guardar los discos en la mesilla de noche.En la foto muestro la comparación con otros discos de tamaño convencional. Estas almohadillas realmente son de tamaño extra grande, miden 18 centímetros de alto. Te das cuenta de su tamaño cuando las tienes entre las manos. No están indicadas para todo tipo de mujeres que estén en periodo de lactancia, ya que pueden llegar a resultar incómodas por el sobrante de tela, pero como suelen aumentar de tamaño, seguramente sean apropiadas para muchas madres.Lo que mas me ha gustado es que son cómodas, finas, con dos capas suaves de tejido, en la parte interior de toalla fina y absorbente, lo que las hace cómodas y mas seguras de no manchar. También me gusta mucho que sean lavables, así ayudamos a que no se generen tantos residuos. Vienen con una bolsa para meterlas dentro y a la lavadora, así se protegen también del desgaste y roce del lavado con otras prendas.
