I have been taking these for many years. They have the right amount of vitamin/minerals for we over 50.

COMPARED TO PRICE OF VITIMINS IN PHARMACIES, this is a great product. My blood work never shows a vitamin D deficiency anymore, and a bottle of these tablets lasts a year. The only drawback is the large size of the capsules--true of lots of multi vitamins. I break them up with my teeth to swallow them, easily possible because they are a not coated or time released product.
