Wasn’t packed well
The photo shows mascarpone cream but I didn’t receive the cream. I guess that really doesn’t matter because when I received it, it was liquid soup. Wasn’t packed well so I won’t be able to use it.

Delicious!
I was concerned about using the product because when it arrived, the cool packs were completely warm and so was the cheese. I put the cheese in the refrigerator and hoped for the best. Thank goodness it wasn't spoiled and my dessert was magnificent!
