Q: How loud is this epilator when used?

It's actually not that loud, I always put some music in order to entretain myself and I couldn't hear the epilator working with my headphones on, so I guess the noise it makes is just fine! Hope this was helpful

Q: Can you use this epilator on chin hairs?

Yes, I use mine on upper lip, chin and neck area. Unfortunately, you will have 1 or 2 stubborn hairs that you will still have to tweeze.

Q: My "new" epilator arrived with a bunch of silver and black hairs in it. Epilady, is that normal for your company, to not clean the devices you resell?

Q: WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

There is a limited one year warranty that covers defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. You fill out and mail in the product registration form to be covered by this warranty. If there is a defect.you have to mail the epilady post paid and insured to the address they provide.
